The Barn at Berkeley – Build your own Meeting or Conference
If you are after something a little different to the Delegate Rate package, we offer the complete flexibility to build your own Meeting and Conference, using our three step process:
1. Choose a Meeting or Conference Room
The first step is to choose which room best suits your needs, and for how long you require it. Our purpose built conference suites offer a unique alternative to traditional hotel venues for meetings, sales presentations, training courses, workshops and team building exercises. Set in 185 acres of land, with fantastic panoramic views from our training rooms, and Cotswold stone walled garden for that breath of fresh air at break times.
The Grand Hall [Capacity 100-300]
The largest of the 3 suites, the Grand Hall boasts old world charm and contemporary styling. Situated on the ground floor, providing excellent access, we can offer a fork lift truck and pallet handlers if required. The Grand Hall can accommodate 300 delegates theatre style, 144 delegates cabaret, and 100 delegates classroom style. Complete with full WiFi connectivity and fully installed PA system.

The Loft [Capacity 30 – 150]
Situated on the first floor with lift access, The Loft is a modern contemporary room adorned with character features such as exposed wooden beams. Able to accommodate up to 150 delegates theatre style, 50 delegates classroom, 80 delegates cabaret style, and 30 delegates boardroom. Complete with full WiFi connectivity and fully installed PA system.

The Vale View [Capacity 2 – 50]
Ideal for smaller meetings, interviewing and training, situated on the 1st floor, the Vale View boardroom features panoramic views. The suite can accommodate up to 18 delegates classroom, 24 delegates boardroom and 50 delegates theatre style. Complete with full WiFi connectivity.
